To view and modify your account information, click the Account menu link on the navigation bar. This will display the Account screen as shown in the application below.
The following describes each field 1 through 10 and how it is used in the application and showing in the application above.
(1) First Name is not mandatory. The first name is used in email salutations only.
(2) Last Name is not mandatory. The last name is used in email salutations only.
(3) To save the First and Last Name, click the Save button. A message will display indicating that the name was saved successfully.
(4) Subscriber ID is the subscription number assigned to you by Authorize.Net.
(5) Membership Type represents that the type of membership You the subscriber signed up for.
(6) Current Status represents the status of your subscription which can either be ACTIVE or CANCELED.
(7) My Current Plan represents the type of plan (Basic/Standard/Professional/Enterprise) You the subscriber signed up for.
(8) Subscription Start Date represents the represents the date You the subscriber signed up for MyKidQuiz.
(9) This section describes the amount and periodic period that will be charged to your credit card that is on file with Authorize.Net after the free trial period and any advertised reduced monthly payments based of Your chosen plan.
(10) Update Payment when clicked will send you to a screen where You the customer can update your credit card information as shown in the application below.
(a) Go Back when clicked will return you to the previous screen.
(b) Update Payment when clicked will replace your entered credit card information with Authorize.Net. If the update is successful, a notification will appear after returning you to the previous screen.
(11) Change Subscription when clicked will send you to a screen where You the customer can change your subscription plan.
Note: A plan can only be changed after your 7 day free trial. After the 7 day free trial, a plan can be upgraded multiple times before the next billing cycle, but NO REFUNDS will be processed for unused partial months. Your new plan will be effective immediately. A plan downgrade can only occur once before the next billing cycle and will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle as you continue benefiting from your current higher plan until the next billing date takes effect.
(a) Go Back when clicked will return you to the previous screen.
(b) Agree & Subscribe when clicked will update your amount with Authorize.Net. If the update is successful, a notification will appear after returning you to the previous screen.
(12) Cancel Subscription when clicked will send you to a screen where You the customer can cancel your subscription as shown in the application below.
(a) Go Back when clicked will return you to the previous screen.
(b) Complete Cancellation when clicked will cancel your plan with MyKidQuiz and remove your credit card information and customer profile with Authorize.Net. If the cancel is successful, a notification will appear after returning you to the previous screen. You can continue using your current plan until the end of your current billing cycle. At that time, you are more than welcome to start back up your service by logging in and choosing a plan. See terms and conditions in regards to data retention and the steps You the customer need to make before your data is permanently removed from our system in the event you eventually decide never to renew your subscription with MyKidQuiz. Your account information on the Account screen will be updated to reflect your status of CANCELED and your Subscription End Date will be populated as shown below in the application.
To manage your password, click the 'Change your password' link below the save button.
To change your password, press the Change your password link as shown in the application above.
Enter your current password, new password, and password again and then press the Change password button as shown in the application above.
You will receive an error if your current password is entered incorrectly as shown in the application above.
The new password must follow the validation rules, and if invalid, will display the rules as an error as shown in the application above.
If the new password and confirm new password do not match, a validation error will display as shown in the application above.
If all fields are entered correctly, a message will appear, Your password has been changed as shown in the application above.
