The top portion of the Test Grading screen is then displayed as shown below.

Regular: Each question type is equally weighed regardless of question type. For example, let's say there are 10 questions on the test. Each question is worth 10 points each. Let's say you have 1 spelling question that contains 5 words and the student gets only 1 word correct. In this scenario, no points will be given for that question. The student would have to answer all 5 words correctly to receive the full 10 points.
Note: This is the least common grading method used when scoring a test.
Partial: Matching, Multiple Select, Multiple Answer, and Spelling questions are partially weighed. These question types will be scored based on the number of available answers. For example, let's say there are 10 questions on the test. Each question is worth 10 points each. Of the 10 questions, one happens to be a spelling question with 10 words. In this scenario, each spelling word will be worth 1 point each for a total of 10 points. If the student gets 5 out of 10 words correct, then the student will earn 5 points for that spelling question.
Note: This is the most common grading method used when scoring a test that consists of more than one type of question.
